Floodlight Cam Pro wired - Live View issues

I purchased 2 Floodlight Cams. One of them is working good. The second one was questionable from the beginning. I could get a live view sometimes. Now I can’t at all. After speaking with Tech support, I tried different internet connections, Home WiFi (DSL), Hotspot from my phone and a friends Fiber. Camera has the same issue. Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks

Hi @kevin65. If you’re unable to Live View on multiple devices/networks, including a WiFi hotspot, you’ll need to resolve this with our support team.
