I have a Ring Spotlight Cam Plus hardwired that is rebooting constantly. Seems to only be happening when it’s dark outside/nighttime. During the daytime though, everything seems to be working without any issues. I have tried turning the power off then powering it back on, but to no avail. I have also tried resetting it back to factory defaults by holding the button for 30 seconds, then went through the initial setup procedures, and still luck. Are you able to provide any insight as to what could be causing this issue?
Hi @user39234. If your Floodlight Camera Plus is rebooting or falling offline constantly, try these additional steps:

Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

Verify your Camera has a good signal strength, also known as RSSI.
