At first, my hard wired flood camera was working great. Then, I moved my modem to another room and the camera stopped working. I moved the modem back to the original area and the camera still does not work.
Hi @gchesler. It would be helpful if you can further clarify the issue. When you say your Floodlight Cam is not working, do you mean that it is disconnected from your wifi network? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end as well.
