Floodlight cam lights won't go off.

Posting on behalf of my father. He has just set up a floodlight camera at the front of his house, he already has one at the rear.Got it all installed on the wall and went through set up, got it connected to the chime pro we are using for the rear floodlight camera. The problem is that the floodlights on the front camera will not switch off. I have selected the lights off in the ring app but the lights are still on, thought it might be the motion sensor being to sensitive so turned it all the way to it's lowest setting ans still the lights will not go off. Have had to switch off the whole unit until we can get this resolved.

Hi @StuPat78. Would this Floodlight Cam happen to be connected to a dimmer switch? Connecting it to a dimmer switch can cause the camera to behave this way. If it's not connected to a dimmer, try holding the Setup Button on the Camera down for 20 seconds, then releasing. This will reset the camera and the lights should operate as normal after that. If for any reason they do not, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
