Hi there, @Northumberland123! This should not happen with the Floodlight Camera lights. While they may detect movement and trigger the lights, in most cases the lights should turn off thereafter. As you mentioned being able to live view, this is a great sign that your Floodlight Camera is online and working as intended, which makes the lights concerns even odder to hear about.
Please ensure this Floodlight Camera has a good RSSI, and that there are not any specialty or dimmer switches controlling the power to your Floodlight Camera.
