I initially hooked up too many wires and the camera worked but the lights didn’t. Realized my mistake wired probably and lights still don’t work and camera still does can I send back to be fixed?
Hi @JAlexander. Have you consulted with a licensed electrician regarding the wiring? If all the wiring is good to go now but the Floodlight Cam is still not working due to how it was originally installed, you’ll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can take a look at this for you.
