Hi @Kevwadd. It’s good to hear that everything else is working properly. Have you done any basic troubleshooting yet? If not, I’d start with toggling the light setting off and then back on and testing out if it comes on with motion detection as it should. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button on the top for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Floodlight Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know how that works and if this continues to happen!
