Floodlight cam lights no longer coming on when motion detected at night

My floodlight cam pro is detecting motion, but the lights do not come on even when standing five feet away. The lights will operate manually with the toggle button or with the button on the live view screen

Hi @user79557. Do you have Motion Activated Lights enabled? This can be found in the Light Settings menu of the Ring app, after tapping on the Device Settings tile.
