Floodlight cam lights were working great for a while. Literally couldn’t have been happier with this cam. Had to turn power to the electrical box for small adjustment, separate from floodlight cam. Once I got power back on, lights immediately came on and won’t turn off at all with app features, just completely dead stick and the only way I can get these lights off is to cut power completely and I have to or my neighbor will hate me. So security is completely compromised every night. Ive tried everything and read a lot of the forums/comments here. Just isn’t happening, what are my options?
Hi @Mycooldavis. Have you tried to reset the Floodlight Cam? If not, give that a try by holding down the setup button on the top for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, you’ll want to set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device.
