Floodlight cam light doesn't turn off when motion activated is on

Floodlight cam light does not turn off after the auto setting time. Light stays on permanently when motion activated is on, even with the minimum distance setting.

Hi @markchill. You can control how your lights on the Floodlight Cam behave by customizing them in the Ring app. This Help Center article here has some more information. I hope this is helpful!

Tech support had me reboot the device which fixed the issue. Thanks for responding.
