Recently installed a Ring Floodlight Cam and have noticed that the LED panels for each light are constantly lit. Very dim, but still on all the time. Is this an issue with the unit or possibly install?
Glad you asked, @CanfieldPark! This should not be happening. While the Floodlight Cam lights will trigger with motion, can be scheduled, can be linked to other Ring devices, and can be manually toggled for a certain duration of time, at some point these lights should turn off. This should be the case especially when toggling off the lights from the app. If there looks to be a constant illumination from the lights that never turns off, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
