Hi All, in the last week my camera has lost some of the night vision and during the day other areas are pink. I’ve reset it a few times, used monitor wipes to clean the lense. Nothing has changed.
Hey @CoachJ. Thanks for sharing these images! This typically happens when the night vision gets stuck in the on position. First, try removing power from the device for about 3 minutes, then power back up. If that doesn’t work, during the day time, get a very bright flashlight and shine it directly at the camera for about 30 seconds. This should trigger the night vision to switch into the off position and not come back on until it is dark out. Let me know if this works!
