I have two ring flood lights cams that have worked for plus 2 years, both connected with net gear Wi-Fi extenders. Two days ago both cameras went off line and will now not connect. I have tried rebooting the router, completed a factory reset for each cam but am having no joy. Any assistance appreciated.
Hi @user61117. Those were good troubleshooting steps to take for your concern. I would also recommend double-checking that the wifi extenders are still working correctly. To do so, you can connect your phone to each extender and open up the web browser to load any website. If it does not work, then you will have to figure out how to fix the wifi extenders. If the extenders are working, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
