Floodlight Cam clips are Black.

I have two floodlight Cameras. Both were working fine. But from 12/8/19 one camera’s clips are black, nothing visible. Live video of this camera is ok.
Any suggestion to fix it.

Hi there, @CongressJulius. Is this just one video from the 8th that is having that black video? If you have a video with a black screen, it normally just means there was a lapse in wifi connection that didn’t allow the video to process. Although, if all videos from then on have been ok, and the live view is working, I wouldn’t worry about it! If it’s still happening on all videos since, I would contact support at 1-800-656-1918!
