One of my floodlight cam speakers had stopped working. They can hear me just fine when I use the microphone but I can’t hear them.
Hi @Viciousbee. To clarify, when you have the Live View activated on your phone and you’re talking to whoever is at your Floodlight Cam, they can hear you but you cannot hear them? If that’s the case, make sure the audio on your phone is turned up and that the Ring App has permission to use your microphone and speakers on your phone. You can check the permissions in your phone’s settings app. If you have any other Ring Doorbells or Cameras, have you tested those to ensure you can hear visitors when you use the Live View on your phone? This will help narrow down what the problem may be.
