My floodlight camera video has been crystal clear until about 2 weeks ago. Since then it has been extremely blurry to the point that is not usable at all. I tried to clean the lens with a bit of eyeglass cleaner and a soft cloth, but it seems to have gotten worse. Is this likely a hardware or a software issue? Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @3863174! Great call on wiping down the lens, as condensation or debris can sometimes get on your outdoor devices. With the video still being blurry I recommend check your wifi signal as well. Video quality is often related to signal strength, or RSSI, and wifi speeds.
