Floodcam sensor not working?

My floodcam has been working fine, but for some reason in the last few days, I now have a row of red lights on the front of the device, and the lights are not turning on through the sensors. I still can connect to the unit through the app. Anyone have any ideas please?!


Hi @nickandfleur. There are a few steps you can take to try and correct this. First, you’ll want to remove power going to the Floodlight Cam for 3 minutes, then power it back up. If this doesn’t fix it, try performing a reset on the Floodlight. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. This should cause your Floodlight to resume normal function. I hope this helps!
