Flood light stays on all night. Only thing moving are the bugs. Live in country so no one is walking by or cars going by. Why is it staying on all night?
Getting very frustrated.
I try to use the app to turn them off. They will go off but then come right back on.
Hey @JPUMOU. When the Floodlight Cam lights come on, do you see a motion event with that as well? If just the lights are coming on, you may have something in the PIR’s sensor range that is activating the lights, but not the camera. If you notice a large bug on the bulb sensor underneath the Floodlight Cam, this could be why it is setting it off. Additionally, it’s best to ensure you don’t have anything else in this range (A/C or heating units) that could be detected as a heat signature and set it off as well. In the event you may have a bug concern with them floating around the bulb, you can try putting bug spray in a nearby area to see if this helps!
