My flood light security system was installed and the flood lights don’t turn off. I have had to shut off the power source to turn them off. I have reset the camera and app but nothing works. How do I get this to work properly?
Hi @Wendy_04! It sounds like you Floodlight Cam is installed but not setup. Please ensure to complete a setup in the Ring app to successfully connect to your home network. Once complete you should be able to control the lights and alter settings for your Camera, through the Ring app. I hope this helps!
