My light will not turn off. I have checked sensitivity, I have rebooted. I keep turning it off and it clicks right back

Hi neighbors. Another step to try is to make sure you do not have a Light Schedule active. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
