Flood light LED slightly on all time

My flood light (just one side) has some of the LEDs inside stay slightly emulated all the time. It still goes full brights too, but never goes dark now. You can see just some of the LEDs I sure still glowing.
Is this a common fault?

Hi @Alexbax. To troubleshoot, completely disconnect the Floodlight Cam from power for at least 10 minutes, the reconnect it. If your light is still dimly lit, please follow up with our support team. You can also get in touch by sending a private message @Ring on Facebook or Twitter.
