Flood light issue

Floodlight shows offline but I’m still getting alerts and it’s recording video. But when I go to the main page for the floodlight all the buttons are greyed out and I can’t turn lights on me off or toggle the motion button settings. Device health says its offline., how do I fix this??

Have you tried power cycling? If it's on a light switch, turn it off for a minute and turn it back on. Or go to the circuit breaker to cut power to the Floodlight Cam.
