I can no longer view history and the camera is no longer recording. I checked all connections everything is fine please help
Mine stopped recording spent over 2 hours on chat in the end told me to reboot my router did that lost contact with chat,went back on chat got somebody else to talk to straight away he told me to go to settings delete any motion zones then go back to main settings page then go back to motion zones and set up new zones and save this solved my recording problem but still cannot get snapshot.

Thank you for your help. I will definitely try this. I have had nothing but trouble with this device ever since I purchased it. It is really getting annoying! Seems I get better help from the community then I do the customer service. Again thank you so much. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays
