My floodlight camera works fine, it picks up the motion and gives me an alert. But at night the light is not coming on? This just started a couple of days ago. Any suggestions on what causes this?
Hi @Fluffy93. Here is a Help Center article that will go over how the lights on your Floodlight Cam should operate. If they’re not acting this way, try removing power for 3 minutes, then power it back up. If this doesn’t cause your lights to function like normal, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
