My floodlight camera is half pink. I tried resetting but that didn’t help. Any pointer on how I can fix it? See attached

If you haven’t already, reset the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds and then set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t get rid of the pink coloring on your Camera’s view, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to take a closer look and offer more advanced support.
