Flood light Cam

It seems i can not see any history on my phone with the app. I get sound but cuts in and out. There is a black screen with the ring logo on teh lefy side. I go to the Ring We site and I can see the history on the the computer, its runningin the video. But nothing is happing I can see a picture but no movement. Is there any update that needs to be applied to my phone?
