Flood light cam only records for a few seconds. It used to record for 60 seconds. How do I fix this??
Hey @EVO! Your Floodlight Cam should always record for the default minimum when an event is triggered. If it is only recording for a short amount of time, please ensure the wifi connection is strong. This can be confirmed by your device’s RSSI in the Ring app. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on improving signal strength.
If this concern persists, try removing the Ring app and reinstalling it on your mobile device. I hope this helps!
