My flood light cam disconnected and would not reconnect to the wifi network. I reset the router, tried to reconnect but nothing. Removed it from the app and tried from scratch. When i pressed the reset button it became un responsive and the lights came on. Now i can’t set it up or turn the lights off. Is it a bug ? It’s only a couple of months old.
Hi @Chester1. Try disconnecting the Floodlight Cam from power for 5 minutes, then reconnecting it. Upon powering up the device, you should hear it enter Setup Mode. This should allow you to reconnect your Device. Let me know if this helps!
