Hi there, @robmp11! This certainly does sounds like odd video behavior. I recommend checking all connection variables first, such as your wifi signal strength or [RSSI in the Ring app device health](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device. As this is happening on recordings, try checking your recordings at Ring.com via web browser.
