Flood/freeze sensor

I installed two Flood/Freeze sensors and about every 5 minutes my alarm system says water detected, why?

Hi @bob63376. Did you clear the water detected notification from within the Ring App, or is the Flood and Freeze Sensor still have water on it that it could be detecting? You should have the option to clear the notification after water or a freeze has been detected.
