We have two flood and freeze sensors and one of continues to go online and offliine. After being online, it will almost every time go offline exactly 12 hours later. You can see this in the event history of the device. It will take anywhere from 8 hrs to 5 days to go back online. Do I need to ask for this device to be replaced? We have no problems with the second device, located only a few feet (but another room) from the problem device.
This is odd to hear @khkyle! Especially with the other device working as intended. Some common factors for this might be power, or battery level, as well as signal strength, of course.
I recommend also considering any appliances in the area that might interfere with signals, in addition to distance from Base Station. If this concern persists with this Flood and Freeze Sensor, and not the other, Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
