Flood and Freeze Sensor does not activate Alexa or Dome Siren Alarms

Hi. We have a Ring Security system with monitoring. The bast station is located in our basement where we cannot hear it from our bedroom. We have installed a Dome Siren so that we can hear alerts and alarms at night. We had a flood in our basement recently in the middle of the night. The base station alarm went off, but we did not hear it. Can you please update your system so that the flood/freeze sensor triggers alarms on the Dome Siren and Amazon Echo Alexa devices? Thank you!
