First Alert Zcombo Smoke Alarm - No Notification when tested

Hello,
I just purchased 6 of First Alert Zcombo smoke / carbon monoxide alarms.
Installation into Ring App when well, but I have questions:

  1. Upon pressing test on one alarm, only that alarm’s horn goes off. Am I wrong to assume that all 5 other alarms will go off? Will they all go off with an ACTUAL fire event? If so, how can this be tested?

  2. When I did test a single alarm, I received NO notification on the App and No alarms from Key pad or Base station. Should I have?

No documents from Ring were sent. Only documents from First Alert. No mention of Ring set up at all in them. Not Happy right Now.
