My ring doorbell will not accept the latest firmware update.
Hi @user27952. If your Video Doorbell is getting stuck or not completing a firmware update, try resetting it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, take the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Once the setup is done, the Doorbell should download and install any applicable firmware updates.
