My ring stick up cam pro will not finish the firmware update. It’s been two weeks and every time I try to view on the app, it says firmware is updating and it may take 15 minutes. Any help?
Hi there, @Drake0508! During an update, certain functions of your Ring device may not work. The best way to update quickly and efficiently is to ensure your wifi signal strength is optimal. Try brining your Stick Up Camera inside near the router to see if the update completes. If it does not, please attempt a reset on the Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
