Hi, For my Doorbell 4 I can’t get my iOS app to use live view. I traced the cause of my problem to the firewall blocking some domains. I already read the firewall article and opened up all the ports as specified, but I still can’t view live video.

What I need now is which domains the iOS app needs to connect to. As noted above, I’ve already whitelisted all the ports in the article but now I need to specify which domains the app tried to connect to.

Hi @user1868. Are you using a VPN on your iPhone? If so, you’ll need to disable it in order to use the Ring app. Aside from that, there shouldn’t be any other settings on your iPhone that you need to adjust.
