Fing doorbell problem

First post so be gentle.
I have a galaxy fold 5 with the ring app installed.
Whenever anyone rings my doorbell I do not get the chimes or alert on my phone.
I have checked the settings and it all seems correct…any help greatly appreciated

Hi @user80109. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your phone to see if it helps. Before uninstalling the Ring app, make sure your phone is compatible with downloading the latest version of the Ring app. If it is not compatible, you will not be able to reinstall the Ring app. We also have this page with other steps you can try.
