Files on video web archive are showing 0:00 length

I ‘think’ i just fixed my black video problem after the app and firmware update, but video files on my web archive are still showing 0:00 in length. Any ideas. This is with the ring video peephole. I reset the doorbell and installed the latest firmware updates and app update but this problem still persists. I thought i might be out of space so i deleted all files currently there. Alas, all files are still just showing a thumbnail and zero length. :frowning: My wifi tests out at 300down and 18 up at the door … my internet is 600 down and 20 up. Including a shot of my device health screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @markperka. Despite them saying they are 0:00 in length, do the videos still play for you? If the videos do not play whatsoever and you just have events with no recordings with it, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
