Favorites (and others) event filter does not work

About a week ago, I could filter my events to view all my favorites (starred). This no longer works. Attempting to filter to my favorites always returns zero results. I tried on both the website and in the app, but neither shows my favorites anymore. This is how I download or share important videos later (and before they are lost after the 60-day storage policy).

I confirmed the events API endpoint on the website is being called exactly like it used to, but now always returns no results when ?favorites=true is requested. I also confirmed that my favorites are being flagged as such by browsing all events to spot those with the star icon.

Furthermore, when I try to filter (on the website) by any of the event tags (favorited, people only, or persistent visitor) or by date (maybe other options), things don’t work well. The other 2 tags (the newer ones I believe) and filtering by date (even choosing a single day) result in continued calls (pagination) to the API endpoint without me scrolling to view more results. It literally keeps making more and more endpoint calls that eventually flood the server until a 504 response code is returned, if there are just too many results that meet the filter options I choose.

From what I can tell on the timing of this, it all started when the update was made that now indicates new event tags (e.g., people only and persistent visitor).

I am having the exact same problem with the event filter not working. Very frustrating!

I just wanted to come back here and update this appears to be partially fixed now. When filtering by favorites, all is well again. When I choose a date, it still appears to span the server to get all events for all pages instead of just the first page. I’ll see if I can find some time to call the support number.
