Hi, The disarm button on my keypad 2nd gen doesn’t work- it is only about 6 months old and has never been dependable but now doesn’t work at all- it feels this a faulty contact, is this a known problem that can be fixed or do I need a replacement? Thanks

If it is indeed a faulty keypad then only they will be able to tell you what replacement options you have as none of us in these forums has access to your account info.
