I have a camera that is showing a foggy image although the lense is clean

Hi @Aspen2019! Image quality can often be related to wifi signal efficiency. The best first thing to check is your wifi signal strength, or RSSI, which can be found in the Device Health section of your Ring app. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing this signal strength.

As you’ve cleaned the lens already, this image should not be due to debris, but please ensure there is not any lens damage, condensation, or even a direct sunlight glare causing this. Feel free to share an image example for more suggestions! :slight_smile:
