I received a disappointing notification this morning that my Spotlight Cam Plus was at 10% battery. Not long after, 5%. I also got an e-mail warning. I was upset because we just installed a solar panel last weekend and the batteries were staying above 90% last I had checked.
Well, I logged in and sure enough, the batteries are above 90%. It’s very difficult to access this camera and I am very much not liking this. What is going on?
I can’t believe I haven’t found anyone else having this issue.
Hi @drewsclues. Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi. If you have tried this step and it still does the same thing of sending a false low battery notification, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here to further investigate.
