False doorbell ring alert.

First off, why is there no way to directly contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT? You have to ask other owners of the Ring doorbell to get help. That is stupid!!

I keep getting an alert that someone has pressed the doorbell, but there is nobody at the door. Either we have a ghost, or the Ring is a piece of crap. This has been happening at all hours of the day. And I am not talking about “motion sensor” alerts, but an alert telling me that someone is at the door and has pressed the button.

What is wrong with the Ring?

Hey @mk_rick. What kind of Ring Video Doorbell do you have? What kind of internal chime kit do you have? Do you have a diode installed, if required for installation?
