The battery charge icon is showing a full battery. However I’m not able to use live view with the message being that my battery is critically low.
What is my course of action?
Anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve?
Hi @BeeZee05. I suggest performing a reset on your Doorbell. To do this, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once this happens, you can reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. Once connected, your power status should reflect the correct level. Let me know if this is helpful.
