Failing to save mode setting changes

Hi, for the last two weeks or so I can no longer save mode setting changes for my security cameras.
When I go to Settings → Modes → Disarmed → Cameras and toggle off “mode detection” and click save I get the error message “failed to save settings. please try again”.
I get the same message for all cameras and all modes, on the website or phone app. all cameras have up to date software. I’m logged in as the admin for the account (there are no shared users).
Anybody else experienced this issue or advice on how to resolve it?

Hi @user41968. Do you have an active Ring Protect subscription for your Cameras? This could either be the Basic plan applied to each Camera, or the Plus plan which would cover all Cameras at one Location.
