I had to contact customer services today following the failure of my doorbell which was just over a year old. After an hour on the phone the customer services said the doorbell is faulty and we can offer a 30%discount on a new one.
I said i was very disappointed and expected the bell to last more than a year.
In my opinion its not fit for purpose and i dont think i will buy a replacement as it such a pain when it fails.
It seems as others have stated they dont care about customers and just want to get you to subscribe for their service.
I felt it necessary to warn others of my very poor customer experience with my Ring doorbell.
