Extreme delay in motion alerts

When I first installed my doorbells over a year ago, I would have instant video after each motion alert/ring, now all I get is "activating or video is processing", just yesterday someone rang my doorbell and by the time I was ABLE to answer it was over a minute and they left. RING get your house in order and fix the bandwidth issue.
