We have one device - a doorbell. However, on the android app, we are seeing “Lights” We do not see these “lights” on the iphone/ipad app… What’s going on and how do I get rid of the phantom lights?

It looks like you are viewing a shared location in your Ring app. I recommend reaching out to the owner to see if they have shared you on any Smart Lighting, or if they are linking the device to other devices in the Ring app. If the device is linked to lights, you might be seeing this. Try also removing and reinstalling the Ring app, as well as requesting a new invite as shared user to see if this improves the device view on that shared location.
