Exterior alarm
When Ring base station alarms it cannot be heard outside. One option would be to activate linked camera's alarm feature. A recommendation for a new product is an exterior siren with a strobe light. This would help alert neighbors and assist in scaring off intruders.

Boone, I get an error when clicking on link. And have read the ring outdoor siren is not available in the USA. What are my options for a loud exterior siren??

CHi @rmixonring. As of June 21st, 2001, the Outdoor Siren for the Ring Alarm was discontinued in the United States and Canada. Our teams are working hard on a new version of the Outdoor Siren, but I don't have any information I can share on that. At this time, there are no third party sirens rated for outdoor use that are compatible with the Ring Alarm system.
