Sensors simply do not connect to an Extender. Seems basic. Tried at two properties. They hop over instead to the main alarm system but have a poor connection and flap causing false alarms. It’s a showstopper. I tried everything described. Everything. Really need to fix this otherwise the entire alarm system is not usable. I’m convinced it’s a driver issue… (I’m a tech guy) and nothing you do in terms of resetting, reconfiguring, reconnecting remedies this. Tried it all over many hours. Ring please address this. LOVE the rest of your system. Cameras also have a similar connectivity issues, though it seems since my call to support something has changed, not sure.
